Black bars at the sides of the screen

Black bars can appear when the game and display have different aspect ratios. In borderless mode, the launcher's Fixed Aspect Ratio setting preserves the game's proportions. Stretching the image to fill the display can distort it.

Lag when opening the Enchanting Bag or other dialogs

If opening the Enchanting Bag or other dialogs causes lag, try enabling Multiple Monitor Fix in the launcher before starting the game.

Could not connect to the server

If a connection attempt stalls, use Esc to cancel the connecting screen and return to the main menu, then retry when ready.
