Light
Reduces item weight and can lower the STR required to wear it.
Endurance
Increases maximum endurance.
Mana Conversion
Converts part of damage taken into mana.
Critical increase chance
Chance to restore a critical charge after a non-periodic damaging hit, except damage you deal to yourself.
Values from all items add up with diminishing returns: a combined 20 gives about a 17% chance and 100 gives 50%.
Experience
Increases the equipment experience bonus.
Gold
Increases the equipment gold-drop bonus.
Poison Resistance
Increases poison resistance.
Defense Ratio
Adds defense ratio for physical hit avoidance.
Magic Resistance
Adds magic resistance, used in spell hit/resist checks.
HP Recovery
Increases HP regeneration.
MP Recovery
Increases MP regeneration.
SP Recovery
Increases SP regeneration.
Physical Absorption
Adds physical absorption at the equipped armor location.
Magical Absorption
Adds magical absorption (global stat), with diminishing returns.
Effective absorption is capped at 80% before penetration modifiers and final rounding.
A physical attack selects an armor location and uses that location’s protection. Shield absorption is a separate conditional reduction after armor absorption.
A shield adds defense ratio, but its Physical Absorption applies only when you block. Shields can block physical attacks from any direction except behind you: you cannot block an attacker who is facing the same direction as you. Blocking depends on your Shield skill. Shield attributes may add Magic Resistance or Magical Absorption.
Berserker's Helm (M, W) and its Superior (M, W) and Exceptional (M, W) versions keep you Berserked while you wear them, with no time limit. Your noncritical physical attacks get the full Berserk damage bonus of +100%, the same as the Berserk spell, so Minor Berserk adds nothing while the helm is on. Effects that remove or cancel Berserk, and restarting after death, do not end it. Taking the helm off ends it, unless a timed Berserk effect from a spell or slate is still running; that effect then lasts until it expires. For where to find the helms, see Rare armors.
Prices are in Gold per armor or shield item bought from Thom (Blacksmith). Armor is on his Armor tab, which lists your character's versions; shields are on his Misc. tab. Men's and women's versions cost the same. Tunic has only a men's version; Chemise, Bodice, Long Bodice and Skirt have only women's versions. Members of the recorded Heldenian Battlefield winning nation receive the 10% discount shown in the second price column. See Heldenian rewards.

Reference scope
Omitted items are not evidence that an item is unavailable in game. Original male and female variants retain their separate identities.
Values are base template components, not final item or character stats. Light, Agile, upgrades, manufacturing, talents and built-in attributes can change instance behavior.
Field definitions and limits
Weapon damage is a single physical base value, not dice, spell damage or final hit damage. Bows require ammunition.
Speed is an index, not seconds. Full-speed STR is the unmodified weapon's effective STR threshold for its skill's normal speed floor, including its weight check; it is not allocated STR or the fastest modified attack. Titanic weapons list their effective speed index (template speed + 2) and stop one step above their skill's speed floor; their full-speed STR is the threshold for that step.
Equip checks are partial: listed weight STR, level, sex and extra stat gates do not guarantee an item can be equipped. Manufactured equipment bypasses the template level check only.
Armor PA applies at the struck location; shield PA is conditional on a successful eligible block, not added to armor PA. Neither is a whole-character damage-reduction percentage.
“Not applicable” means the field does not apply; “None” means no requirement of the listed kind; “Pending verification” means no verified value is supplied. Special-effect descriptions are not included.
Base weight is the unmodified template quantity divided by 100.
