300 ek for cape 50 ek for a catalyst, and i think you can buy catalysts also.The catalyst will consume the hero cape  and make it into a dye, this  can then be applied to a statted cape. They can also then be dyed and come out in some nice looking colours.

Hero Set[edit]

To obtain hero set items, talk the City Hall Officer and select City Hall Menu
All hero set items are bound
Full Warrior set gives +6 dmg +15 dmg (crits) +40 Physical Hit Ratio (Helm, Hauberk, Armor and Legs)
Full Mage set gives +4 dmg +40 Magical Hit Ratio (Cap, Hauberk, Robe and Legs)
A full Warrior set will cost 700 EK - 75 Contribution and a full Mage set will cost 550 EK - 65 Contribution
A Hero cape can be turned into a Catalyst, bought for 50 EK, and applied to any normal cape, thus making Hero cape with stats, which can also be dyed
