After giving thought to this issue and how issues like this have been dealt with in the past i believe the only solution is the old cant beat them join them method.
The use of macros is hard to combat and even if Admin could block programs like this new ones come out weekly.
So what to do ???? we all want a game thats as fair as possible for all and i believe the majority prefer to play within the rules.
So... lets all have the same ability,is it a game changer ...yes but it puts everyone on the same level.

What i suggest.

The bag is now split up into sections the top and side areas are old skool style free range areas to place items as you like and the four lower sections are 1 click sections where you place your armor sets ,all items in the yellow areas are equipped with a single click.

I think the option to invert the format -left/right-upper/lower would be good also.

* Added hotkey option also

I don't believe this poll is fair, imo u can be good enough to just put ur sets on really fast, if u play enough that is anyway. I have no trouble changing sets so I would personally say no to this poll but I think there may be other ways to solve this issue, like maybe having a cool down on changing armours?

E.g. Once u have changed a armour piece u can't change another piece for 0.4 seconds. Making a set change take 1.6 seconds instead of 0.2 with a macro

As someone with hand problems, I wouldn't mind not having to rip my hand to pieces to PvP in Helbreath. I agree however that changing sets rapidly may be a problem. I wouldn't mind having a small disadvantage for using such a feature. However, that doesn't solve the problem of people just using macros to change their sets super fast. Unless you mean that it should take 0.4 seconds with a hotkey as well as by manual clicking.
I honestly don't see the 'skill' involved in clicking some spot rapidly. It's just annoying and requires no strategical thinking, but to each their own.

Hmm I don't think I explained that very well, my suggestion was that once you put on a piece of armor (e.g plate mail) you can't put another piece of armor on for another 0.4/5 seconds. Once those seconds are up u can then put another piece of armour on (e.g hauberk). This would solve the issue of people putting full Dr sets in 0.1 seconds because of their macro, they could still cheat and use their macro but it would take them 1.5/2 full seconds to change sets.

People with macros will still have an advantage.

This is true but not as much of an advantage. If it took a macro 2 seconds to put on a set then maybe a human could do it in 2.6 seconds? I think if u implemented a changing sets macro in-game people would just moan that everyone's changing their sets to fast. There's always gnna be macro'ers we need to just come up with a way to slow them down

I figured people mostly complained about it because it's "easy" to press one button rather than clicking super fast (ie. killing your hand for a game).

Um, why don't u just add set drops?

Manish Gupta and Jiawei Han call those 'item-sets' i.e. subsets of items.
A sequence according their definitions is an ordered list of item-sets (also called elements or events).
Items within an element are "unordered".
I prefer unstructured.

Can you express yourself like a normal human being?
